Product Description

BaBot is a compact, open-source, ball-balancing robot designed for educational, creative, and experimental use. The bot includes sensors, a microcontroller, and servomotors to demonstrate basic robotics principles.
This product is ideal for:

Pre-Order Terms

The product is currently available for pre-order only.  Production begins only after 100 pre-orders have been confirmed.  By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait until production and shipping commence.  Pre-ordering does not guarantee immediate delivery, and delivery is subject to production scheduling.

Estimated Shipping Date

The current target shipping date is July 15, 2025.  This date may change depending on when the 100 pre-order threshold is met.  If the threshold is not met by September 30, 2025, customers will have the option to request a refund.

Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for a 90% refund via PayPal if production has not started by September 30, 2025.
Once production begins, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, branding, code, documentation, and assets found on ba-bot.com are the intellectual property of the project founder, unless otherwise stated. 

The design and code of the BaBot are released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. 

You are free to:  Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.  Adapt, remix, and build upon the material. 

But only under these conditions:  Attribution — You must give appropriate credit and link to ba-bot.com. 

NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
